The degree to which infertility diagnostic or treatment services are covered is strictly dependent upon the plan your employer has selected for its employees. We encourage you to fully understand your infertility cost benefits and familiarize yourself with the requirements of your insurance coverage prior to initiating fertility treatment(s). This enables patients to make informed choices about the cost of fertility treatments recommended by their physician.
Our Financial Counselors are prepared to assist you in navigating this complex maze of fertility cost coverage information. As a service, we offer pre-determination of insurance coverage for IVF and other infertility treatments.
If you do have health insurance coverage, we may be able to bill your insurance company directly, thereby reducing your out-of-pocket costs.
If we are not currently contracted with your insurance plan, you may want to check your out-of-network benefits (if provided) and discuss this with our Financial Counselors.
