The staff of our Long Island, NY fertility clinic is also pleased to help couples as they make financial plans to cover the cost of their infertility treatments. In addition to providing predetermination of infertility treatment cost coverage, we also offer programs such as the Shared Risk® IVF plan, low cost loans from local banks, and the "New York State Infertility Demonstration" program.
Since our participation with insurance plans may change from time to time, please check with
our office to confirm whether we participate with your insurance carrier. Our billing staff will be
happy to assist you in determining your specific coverage for our services. It is always best if you can obtain an actual copy of your insurance plan outlining your specific infertility treatment cost coverage. Also, if you speak with representatives of your insurance company always ask for written documentation of the information you discussed.
